Checking Barcelona off the list of places to visit,
stayed near the metro station Barceloneta
where the beach paradise is!
Our apartment was just 2 minutes walk away from this awesome view,
made it a point to go to the beach every morning before we
went out exploring (:
This surf shop is pretty cool, they have boards in
slow rotation for viewing
I love how the buildings are a mixture of old and
modern skyscrapers.

Managed to find this Tapas place Catalana
which served great food, lots of variety and at
an affordable price! There was a long queue and
we had to wait quite awhile, definitely worth it!
The prawns were my favourite!
So fresh and sweet!
Be sure to head to La Boqueria market which offers
a plethora of candies, fresh food, fruits
Some of the more exotic stuff available
Will post good gelato places in the next entry,
we had gelato EVERYDAY!
Once after lunch and another after dinner,
totally miss that!
